1. Course Enrollment Cancellations
Individual Courses:
- You can cancel your course enrollment within 7 days of purchase
- Cancellation is only allowed if you haven't accessed more than 30% of the course content
- Free courses cannot be cancelled but can be unenrolled from your dashboard
- Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all course materials immediately
Course Bundles:
- Bundle cancellations must be requested within 7 days of purchase
- You cannot cancel individual courses within a bundle
- Partial access to bundle content may affect cancellation eligibility
2. Subscription Cancellations
Monthly Subscriptions:
- Can be cancelled at any time during the subscription period
- Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle
- No prorated refunds for partial months
- Auto-renewal will be disabled upon cancellation
Annual Subscriptions:
- Can be cancelled within the first 30 days for a full refund
- After 30 days, no refund is provided but access continues until expiry
- Prorated refunds may be considered in special circumstances
- Auto-renewal will be disabled upon cancellation
3. How to Cancel
Self-Service Cancellation:
- Log into your Uptrail account
- Go to your dashboard and navigate to "My Courses" or "Subscriptions"
- Find the item you want to cancel
- Click on "Cancel" or "Manage Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation
- You'll receive a confirmation email

4. What Happens After Cancellation
Immediate Effects:
- Access to cancelled course content is removed immediately (for eligible cancellations)
- Downloaded materials must be deleted as per our terms
- Progress tracking and certificates are no longer available
- Forum access and community features are disabled
For Subscriptions:
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- Auto-renewal is disabled
- You can re-subscribe at any time
- Previous progress may be retained for a limited time
5. Exceptions and Special Cases
Non-Cancellable Items:
- Completed courses with certificates already issued
- Downloaded course materials and resources
- Live session recordings you've attended
- One-time consulting or mentorship sessions
Special Circumstances:
- Medical emergencies with documentation
- Technical issues preventing course access
- Course content significantly different from description
- Instructor unavailability for live sessions
6. Processing Timeline
- Immediate: Self-service cancellations take effect immediately
- 24 hours: Support-assisted cancellations are processed within 24 hours
- 3-5 business days: Refund processing time (if applicable)
- 5-10 business days: Bank processing time for refunds
7. Re-enrollment After Cancellation
- You can re-enroll in cancelled courses at any time
- Previous progress may not be restored
- Standard pricing applies unless you have a valid discount code
- Re-enrollment is subject to course availability
- Some courses may have limited enrollment periods
