1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid courses, subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
- You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content
- You must not have downloaded any course materials or certificates
- The request must include a valid reason for the refund
2. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Eligible for Refund:
- Technical issues that prevent access to course content (if not resolved within 48 hours)
- Course content significantly different from what was advertised
- Quality issues with video or audio content that affect learning
- Duplicate purchase made in error
- Unauthorized purchase made by someone else using your account
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Requests made after the 7-day period
- Courses that have been completed or significantly progressed (>30%)
- Change of mind after completing significant portions of the course
- Free courses or promotional content
- Requests due to lack of time to complete the course
- Technical issues on the student's end (poor internet connection, outdated browser, etc.)
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log into your Uptrail account and go to your dashboard
- Navigate to the "My Courses" section
- Find the course you want to refund and click on "Request Refund"
- Fill out the refund form with the required information and reason
- Submit the request and wait for our team to review it

4. Processing Time
- Review Process: 2-3 business days to review your refund request
- Approval Notification: You'll receive an email confirmation once approved
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method
- Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 business days depending on your bank
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card
- UPI/Net Banking: Refunded to the original bank account
- Digital Wallets: Refunded to the original wallet
6. Special Circumstances
Promotional Courses: Courses purchased during special promotions or with discount codes are subject to the same refund policy, but the refund amount will be the actual amount paid.
Bundle Courses: If you purchased a course bundle, refunds will be calculated based on the individual course prices and the portion you've accessed.
Subscription Services: Monthly or yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds are only provided for the unused portion of prepaid periods.
